Day of Race Registration:
Please arrive early if you plan to register on the morning of the race.
We will not be holding up the race start this year to wait for late arrivals. If
you arrive after 9:30 am and try to sign up for the run, you may miss the official
start and not be included in the age group awards. Registration will be available
online until the Thursday before the race and Skagit Running Company will be accepting
registrations until 1 pm on Friday, so please pre-register if at all possible.

We will be using the IPICO chip timing system this year which requires
the timing chip to be attached to your shoe with the supplied tie wraps. At the
finish line, volunteers will cut the tie wraps and remove the timing ship. Make
sure that the timing chip is returned after the race as there is a $30 fee for any
tags that are not returned. If you forget to return the chip at the finish, please
mail it as soon as possible to Skagit Runners, P.O. Box 120, Burlington, WA 98233
to avoid the charge. Also note that all entrants need to be entered in the computer
before the race begins to be included in the age division awards. If you arrive
late (after 9:30 am) and register on the morning of the race, there may not be time
to enter your information so you will not be eligible for age division awards. For
